In this episode I break down a real conversation I had with a guy in my Instagram DMs.
He was frustrated because he felt like he was doing everything right but still wasn’t seeing the progress he wanted. As we talked through it, it became clear that the issue wasn’t his workout or his diet. It was the way he was thinking about the process.
We walk through several of the statements he made and reframe them to show how language, clarity, and accountability shape the results you get in fitness and in life.
We often think our lack of progress is a programming issue. In reality, it’s usually a mindset and standards issue.
